Dr. Bob is committed to helping his fellow physicians rediscover their love of practicing medicine. In a world where patient ratings are directly linked to a physician’s compensation, it’s a perfect time to re-examine the way doctors interact with patients.

With Press Ganey scores in the 99th percentile from his patients, Dr. Bob Baker demonstrates a deep understanding of the new challenges physicians face and has developed practical techniques to overcome them, creating win-win results for physicians and patients alike.

Dr. Baker attended Princeton University and received his MD from the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He trained at Weil Cornell Medical Center and did his GI fellowship at Harvard Medical School / Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. As well as being an Assistant Professor Emeritus of the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine, Dr. Bob served as a Physician Master Facilitator in the Culture of C.A.R.E. initiative of Northwell Health, one of the country’s largest health systems.

Dr. Baker has entertained audiences around the world, from packed lecture halls to the tribal elders of nomadic Bedouins in the Negev Desert - a performance even more nerve-wracking than his appearance before 11 million people on America’s Got Talent.
